Educators Bring Home Failing Grades - No Excuses School Boards


COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - A new report shows South Carolina dominates a list of America's worst public schools.
The list, published by NeighborhoodScout.com, finds South Carolina is home to 37 of the 100 "failing" schools. More than a dozen of the schools are in the Midlands.
The list was based on a combination of test scores, class size, money spent per student and other factors.
